Biren Shah
Biren Shah, Co-founder and President of Java Jugglers is an enthusiast of seeing the solution through end to end of application life cycle. Being an Engineer in computer science from Mumbai University he has worked for ATG, Thoughtworks, TCS and is in the industry for more than 13 years. Serving in various capacities like Project Manager, and Application Architect across various organizations, he brings the right amount of talent and authority in the management. He is good in co-ordination skills including interactions with the client as well as the off-shore team and is responsible for sales and management of projects and clients in the organization.

Deepak Gala
Deepak Gala, a veteran of around 15 years of experience is co-founder of Java Jugglers and serves as Director in the organization. His primary responsibilities in the organization include client relationships and delivery management. Prior to founding Java Jugglers, Deepak has worked with i-flex solutions, Wells Fargo, and TCS and has deep knowledge in the fields of retail banking, stock trading and mutual funds. He has handled various positions like solutions architect and Accounts Manager during his engagements. His deep involvement towards business along with technology has helped building good platforms for development and implementations of various projects. He is a graduate in computer science engineering from Mumbai University.

Abbas Bhinderwala
Abbas Bhinderwala, Director and co-founder of Java Jugglers, comes from engineering background, and holds a degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University and brings his vast experience of over 15 years in the industry. Abbas is responsible for Administration and Project Deliveries in the organization. He has worked with organizations like Accenture, Imagitas Inc, and TCS before getting into the founder role of Java Jugglers. His vast knowledge base in areas like Financial Services, Telecommunications and Inventory Management are very useful for the organization to build its strategies upon.

Abhijit Mehta
Abhijit Mehta, VP, has over 15 years of industry experience with organizations like Accenture, Imagitas Inc and TCS. He has successfully implemented projects in various industry domains like finance, government, insurance and retail commerce. His experience in handling project as well as people management responsibilities during his various roles, is well suited to fuel the growth of the organization. He has an electronics engineering degree from Mumbai university.

Vinay Rane
Vinay Rane, VP HR and Technology has more than 16 years of rich IT experience in different domains like Banking, Utility, Automobiles, and eCommerce. He has been an effective bridge between business and IT in delivering efficient technology solutions. Vinay has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Mumbai university and has spent more than 10 years USA. His people management skills, process oriented approach, technology background and deep experience in program management has been a very good addition in our organization.

Amol Potphode
Amol Potphode, VP Web Technology brings deep consulting and technology experience to Java Jugglers as our VP Web Technology. He has successfully delivered many large complex projects and has Insurance, Telecommunication, Mortgage and Retail domain experience. Prior to joining Java Jugglers, Amol held Development Manager, Architect and various information technology roles during his 15-year tenure with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Tata Consultancy Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.

Gaurav Deshpande
Gaurav Deshpande, manager, has over 12 years of industry experience with organizations like Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. Having delivered and implemented internet and mobile banking solutions across retail and corporate customers, he brings in a rich experience in the banking domain. During his long stint with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, he has handled various positions like a solution architect and Delivery Manager for clients across Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS. His experience in project execution as well as people and customer management responsibilities during his various roles, is well suited to fuel the growth of the organization. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Pune university.

Sachin Pikle
Sachin Pikle has over 11 years of experience in delivering complex, multi-site, multi-technology and multi-release IT application development and systems integration projects in Australia, India, USA and UK. Sachin has experience across a variety of industries, including insurance, capital markets, retail credit and electronic commerce. Sachin attended Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
